Your dreams have incredible power.
Think about it.
How long have you had your dreams?
These intangible thoughts, feelings, imaginations that whittle away space in your brain, to be persistent, tenacious, and sometimes all consuming.
Don’t you have dreams that engage you and bring you up sometimes?
Don’t you have dreams that, depress you, as you feel that they won’t come true?
Do YOU have a Dream?
I have a dream.
I dream that your dreams, your dreams that are dear to your heart, resonate in the universe. I dream that what you are dreaming is dreaming about you.
You coming to retrieve your dream and bring it to life, with action, willpower and consistency .
Your dreams have an energy of their own, propelling you towards your biggest, most empowering imagination for yourself.
Your dreams are powerful representations of you reaching out and connecting with the universe and with other people.
Where does the power of your dreams come from?
Your dreams are not just yours.
They are living entities that connect you and help you discover the oneness, the similarities you have with other people in life.
Your dreams are the glue that connect you with experiences beyond your linear self and help you to explore the vastness of possibilities, this life has to offer you.
All you have to do is grab them.
Take the energy that is propelling you forward and recognize how curious you are and make the choice to grab the opportunity, the idea of your dream and act and make them come true.
Many in our society, tend to stuff off their dreams, because reality and life has its’ own demands. We pay more attention to the shoulds of everyday being and let those dream ideas slide.
We make excuses – we don’t have time. We have other priorities. The kids. The husband.
The truth is, we don’t MAKE time.
We fill our days with to do lists that don’t have space for our dreams.
We believe our lists will create satisfaction – but they don’t. They are just small representations of what we think needs to be done, to get by in this linear world.
How important are your Dreams?
What if you choose to believe your dreams are even more important?
What if you give your dreams a place of priority?
What is you plan your life according to what you really want and make a bit of room for it everyday?
You might save the money to take that trip you always wanted.
You might make room in your schedule to take the time to take that language class
You might make a habit of eating well so you have more vitality
You might make time to work out so you can run that marathon you’ve always wanted to run.
So, you’d be saving money
Creating time in your schedule
Have more vitality
And focusing on strengthening your body
How great is that?
Can you see how powerful those dreams are?
Dreams are not just ideas, bothering you in your mind.
They aren’t just a tickle in the back of your throat and you can drink some water and wash them away.
No. Dreams are powerful substance, powerful messages coming from your heart and soul, reaching out into your life, to come true. To happen. To take action on.
But not to ignore.
If you look at your dreams with the idea that, not only have you chosen them but they have chosen you, your relationship to your dreams will change.
Relationships change when we learn to listen, when we interact. When we take a step forward to engage and create more involvement.
Do you act on your dreams?
Your dreams have life.
They have substance
They come from your heart and your soul.
They might not be on your to do list but that doesn’t mean they aren’t real.
To make them real, think of 1 of your dreams today. Break it down into little tiny pieces.
If your goal is to buy something you love or take a trip, start saving a percentage of your wage. Just a little bit at a time. Seeds grow. Any small amount towards your goal will move you – towards your goal.
If your dreams is to lose a bunch of weight or feel healthy – take a 10 minute walk or look up some deep breathing videos and sit on the couch and consciously deep breath for 10 minutes a day.
The idea is to do something.
How ever small – IT IS SIGNIFICANT!
That’s how you make things happen
That’s how you make your dreams a reality
